She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. Her diverse career includes roles as a board member, commercial endorser, and president of the Provincial Youth Government. She has been active in TV, movies, and stage acting, and has also served as a director and commissioner for various organizations. In addition to her career in entertainment and public service, she has a notable sports career in equestrian, basketball, and golf. She achieved gold and silver medals at the 2002 Asian Games and has held various roles in sports administration, including director and secretary general of the Philippine Equestrian Federation. Her accomplishments have earned her several awards and distinctions, including the Philippine Sportswriters Association Sportswoman of the Year.
