Objectives:

• To educate current & future leaders about the Olympic Movement & the philosophy of Olympism.
• To train participants in the Academy to be able to promote the values and ideals of the Olympic Movement.
• To expand the COC's own capacity to propagate the principles of Olympism through its various programmes.
• To help participants examine their personal values with respect to sport and the Olympic Movement, explore the aspirations of Olympism and extend the process of sharing the Olympic experience.
