Objectives-Goals:

• Spreading Olympic awareness through educational programmes.
• Deep rooting and consolidating the concepts of Olympic Culture.
• Upgrading proficiency of personnel working in the fields related to the youth
• Survey of youth problems and providing solutions to such problems
• Conduct of studies and research work-scientific seminars in the youth & Olympic domains.
• Provision of specialist help in the Olympic & Youth fields to all individuals interested and involved in these fields.

Functions:

• Preparation & implementation of approved training programmes and plans.
• Issuing of a programme for the training courses and circulating it to the presidency's departments, governmental departments and parties concerned with youth and sports activities.
• Preparation of instruction materials and provision of scientific reference books and audio-visual aids
• Conduct of field research work, scientific seminars and symposiums about the problems faced by the youth
• Activation of the compilation & translation movement in the fields of youth.
• Provision of such data to the departments of the General Presidency and bodies collaborating with the Presidency & leaders dealing with youth welfare in the Kingdom.
• Granting of certificates for the successful passing of the training programmes.
• Provision of reference books, source of information through various library services.
• Keeping of documents.
• Provision of accommodation at the Academy for lecturers and trainees coming from the outside of Riyadh city.
• Organizing promotional activities for the trainees' leisure time and providing public relations services.
