Agni Orfanoudaki is an Associate Professor of OperationsManagement at the Saïd Business School of Oxford University. Alongside herrole, Agni is a Management Studies Fellow at Exeter College and a visitingscholar at the Harvard Kennedy School as a Harvard Data Science InitiativeFellow. She leads the Data-Driven Decisions Lab (3DL) at Oxford, conductingtheoretical and empirical research with machine learning, optimization, andstochastic processes with applications to healthcare and insurance. Prior tojoining Oxford, Agni received a PhD in Operations Research from theMassachusetts Institute of Technology. She has collaborated with numerousinstitutions, including a major medical society, three internationalreinsurance companies, and more than eight hospitals in the US and Europe. Shehas served as an advisor to international organizations and public agencies,including the Greek government and the International Olympic Committee.
