Dr Yoav Dubinsky is a Senior Instructor of Sports Business at the University of Oregon and a former sports journalist with over 20 years of experience. His research focuses on sports, nation branding, and diplomacy, and he has covered multiple Olympic Games from Beijing 2008 to Paris 2024. He authored Nation Branding and Sports Diplomacy and founded the University of Oregon Olympic Studies Hub, recognized by the IOC. A long-time contributor to the International Olympic Academy, he has served as lecturer, coordinator, and alumnus. He’s been active in IOAPA since 2010 and is attending his first in-person session this year.
