The President of the Spanish Olympic Committee, Alejandro Blanco, the president of the Royal Spanish Olympic Academy, Conrado Durántez, and the rector of the University of Deusto, José María Guibert, signed a document to create a Centre for Olympic Studies at that Basque university.
