The IOA notebook, paired with IOA postcards and IOA online courses, is a guided journey of self-reflection and empowerment along the Olympic and Paralympic Spirit pathway.

I. Notebook

The IOA notebook is a 20+ page award-winning notebook that guides participants' IOA journey. It serves as a program guide and keep notes, capture thoughts and share ideas.

II. Postcards

‍

Participants are paired in couples to complete and exchange 16 postcards that prompt questions to be answered in text and drawing, thus helping to connect better and transform their communication.

IV. Capstone Project

‍

A capstone project is a multifaceted assignment that serves as a culminating academic and intellectual experience for students at the end of an educational program. The ΙΟA program's Capstone projects mimic real-life problems participants will be called to solve with their ΙΟA. ΙΟA capstone projects are a great way to practice creative problem-solving technics and apply student superpowers while working with others.

The ΙΟA capstone project is a team-oriented effort culminating in a final team presentation if you choose to participate in the Origin Trip part of the program
